Burr is pleased to announce that Nathaniel Oehl has joined the firm's Birmingham office as an associate. Nate's practice focuses on litigation cases involving banks, financial institutions, and mortgage companies.

Nate earned a Bachelor of Science in biology with a minor in German from the University of Alabama, followed by a Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law. During law school, he was a semifinalist and Best Brief winner in the Alabama Law Moot Court Competition and placed second nationally in the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition, where he also received awards for outstanding advocate and outstanding brief. He graduated as a member of the Order of Barristers.

Nate is originally from Jacksonville, FL, and enjoys hiking, kayaking, and traveling in his free time.
