Diamond Stewart Selected to Serve on The Board of Ethical Conduct

Nashville, TN – August 3, 2021 – Burr & Forman is pleased to announce Diamond Stewart has been selected to serve on The Board of Ethical Conduct to serve through 2022.

Stewart, an attorney in the firm’s Nashville office, is an experienced labor and employment lawyer. Her background includes in-house legal department experience for small businesses to large corporations including a professional sports team, a large title lending company, and a large, company-owned convenience store group that provided her exposure in employment, compliance, insurance, trademark, property, contract, and copyright matters. She received her law degree from Belmont University College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Sewanee: The University of the South.

The Board of Ethical Conduct receives and considers complaints that allege a violation of the standards of conduct by a Metropolitan Government elected official or member of a Metropolitan board or commission. The Board has authority to make various recommendations in response to a complaint, and also has authority to render advisory opinions at the request of persons under its jurisdiction at any time.
