Kermit Kendrick, chair of the firm’s Transportation, Insurance, and Product Section, defends clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including insurance defense, personal injury, wrongful death, toxic exposure, and property damage. His practice also includes representing consumer financial services providers, handling employment-related claims, and defending transportation entities such as trucking companies and railroads. Kermit has successfully tried cases in both federal and state courts and has extensive experience in arbitration matters.
