Penny and Potter Named to the Nashville Post's InCharge List

Burr & Forman LLP is pleased to announce that Nashville-based Partners, William L. Penny and Thomas K. Potter III, have been included on the Nashville Post's InCharge list for 2015. Penny was honored for his work in the environmental law sector and Potter was honored for his work in corporate and securities law.

The 6th annual InCharge reception was held last night at the Nashville Public Library to celebrate the accomplishments of those being honored. All of those honored are listed in the Spring 2015 Leader issue of the Nashville Post, along with their areas of expertise.
