Burr's Summer Geyer Graduates from Tennessee Construction Leadership Program
Burr & Forman is pleased to announce that Summer Geyer, an associate in the firm's Nashville office, has graduated from the Construction Leadership Class of 2024, offered by the Associated General Contractors, Middle Tennessee Region.
The Construction Leadership program, established in 2011 by local construction executives and board members, aims to educate emerging leaders on various aspects of business operations while providing leadership training and networking opportunities. The program comprises 13 classes covering topics such as client development, ethics, and technology in construction.
“Summer’s graduation from the AGC’s Construction Leadership Program is simply another example of her dedication, hard work and the leadership qualities that she brings to our Nashville team," said Ken Bryant, managing partner of the firm's Nashville office. Summer practices in the firm's Construction practice group where she assists a diverse range of clients, including residential and commercial general contractors, architects, engineers, project managers, business property owners, and subcontractors. She is well-versed in Tennessee construction documents and standards, including AIA contracts, building codes, and property maintenance codes.
