Emily is an attorney and certified public accountant in the Hilton Head Island office where she practices in the firm's Corporate and Tax group. Her practice focuses on estate planning as well as trust and estate administration including probate.

Overview

Emily’s background includes experience in providing counsel on estate planning, fiduciary, and tax matters, and legal research involving wealth transfer taxation and other elder law issues. Emily assists in drafting and modifying estate plans to ensure suitability for changing client circumstances, including last wills and testaments, trusts, and power of attorney documents.

Emily graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration.  Emily received her Master of Laws in Estate Planning (Taxation) from the University of Miami and also received her Bachelor of Accountancy from The George Washington University.
