Overview
Allen Howell is Burr & Forman’s Director of Legal Talent and Development. In this role, Allen works with firm leadership to develop and oversee strategic programs for the professional development and career advancement, retention, and recruitment of attorneys. This includes attorney training and development, leadership coaching, and client service initiatives.
Allen previously served as the Assistant Dean of Professional Development and Public Interest at Cumberland Law School where he oversaw the Career Development Office and professional development programming.
He earned his undergraduate degree at University of Alabama at Birmingham, his J.D. at Faulkner University, and his Master of Education at Samford University.
