Overview

Jessica is a member of the firm’s Transportation, Insurance and Product Section (TIPS). Jessica has experience litigating insurance defense matters with a focus on Premises Liability, Products Liability, Professional Liability and Wrongful Death. She is extremely experienced litigating errors and omissions claims, professional liability claims, commercial insurance claims, first and third-party insurance claims, coverage matters, property and casualty claims and bad faith cases. Jessica has managed all phases of litigation for large national corporations.

Jessica obtained her Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. During her time at Samford, she competed in the Donworth Moot Court Competition, and was chosen as an oral advocate for the Moot Court National Team. She was a finalist in the Gordon T. Saad Moot Court competition. In addition, she participated in the National Veterans Law Moot Court Competition, and the Henry Upson Sims Moot Court Board. Prior to obtaining her J.D., she received her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of West Florida.
