Jonathan C. Brown

Working under pressure is where Jonathan thrives. His performance in court representing national corporations and mid- to large-size companies in breach of contract disputes, torts cases, class actions, mortgage and lien foreclosures, landlord/tenant disputes, restrictive covenant enforcement and defense, and commercial disputes showcases his ability to handle complex litigation proceedings. Additionally, he represents insurance companies in disputes involving property damage, title issues, and construction defect cases. Jonathan's success is predicated on his communication skills with clients, judges, and opposing attorneys, where his efficient and productive mindset keeps cases on task and fact-based. He has represented various clients ranging from a Fortune 500 company, an insurance company providing specialty risks solutions, to a leading specialty insurer providing property, casualty, and specialty insurance.

A critical aspect of Jonathan's legal approach is fostering a personal connection with clients. By profoundly understanding his client's situations, he builds a platform and methodically breaks down complicated legal proceedings to help clients make informed decisions in each case. Jonathan's business background enables him to formulate legal strategies with the bottom line in mind and a clear picture of financial concepts that allows him to effectively resolve business disputes.

Jonathan is a member of The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Broward County Bar Association. He enjoys golfing, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with his family when not in the office.
