Overview
Judah serves as Counsel in the firm’s Financial Services Litigation Practice Group.
Judah works with a range of clients, including banks, lenders, and servicers on matters involving high-value assets, foreclosures, and general and commercial litigation. He has both civil and criminal trial experience in nearly every county in Florida and has served as lead counsel in thousands of trials.
Prior to joining Burr & Forman, Judah served as an Assistant State Attorney for the 11th Judicial Circuit for four years, serving as Trial Counsel for the Florida Department of Revenue. Judah received his J.D. from Florida International University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Florida.
