“I’m going to find a way forward and put my clients in the best position possible for whatever issue needs to be resolved.”

Overview

Lindsey works with hospitals and physicians in litigation cases. She considers every point of view as she represents her clients, which also expands to include nursing homes. Seeing the law profession as a way to advocate for others, Lindsey brings a holistic, common-sense approach to problem solving for her clients.

Thorough and persuasive, Lindsey welcomes every challenge, finding ways to successfully defend clients while leveraging her exceptional communication skills. In addition to the effort she’s put into building her practice, Lindsey has also earned a solid readership of published articles.

Away from the office, Lindsey enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and is an avid sports fan.

Lindsey earned her J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law, her M.B.A. from Samford University, and her B.A. from Mercer University. During her time at Cumberland, Lindsey also served as a Judge Abram Curuthers Fellow and was a member of the Judge James Edwin Horton Inn of Court.
