Michael is an attorney in the Orlando office where he practices in the firm’s Financial Services Litigation Practice Group. He represents banks, loan servicers, and other creditors in highly contested foreclosure actions and other debt collections in state and federal court. He also defends clients against claims brought under the FDCPA, TCPA, FCCPA, and other consumer protection statutes.

Overview

Michael is a skilled trial attorney as well as an experienced appellate attorney, briefing and arguing cases involving issues such as the admissibility of promissory notes, alternative methods to prove standing to foreclose, and breach letter compliance.

Michael received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Michael earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Russian Language from Florida State University.
