Overview

Nate Oehl is an associate in the firm’s Financial Services Litigation practice group, where his practice focuses on litigation cases involving banks, financial institutions, and mortgage companies.

Nate graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in German. He then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law. While there, he participated in the Alabama Law Moot Court Competition where he was a semifinalist and won Best Brief for Respondents. He also participated in the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition where he took second place in nationals, along with winning outstanding advocate and outstanding brief. Upon graduation, he was named to the Order of Barristers.

Nate is originally from Jacksonville, FL, and enjoys hiking, kayaking, and traveling in his free time.
