Overview

Paul Hotchkiss is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Paul has experience as an Assistant Property Manager and a Real Estate Agent, giving him experience in many types of negotiations and scenarios. This helps him to better understand a client and their needs.

Paul also experience drafting memoranda, creating legal forms and analyzing contracts for the Real Estate Practice Group. He has assisted in the preparation and implementation and of depositions.

Paul obtained his J.D. from the University of Georgia Law School. Prior to law school he attended the University of Texas where he obtained his Bachelors’ of Science in Communication.

In his free time, Paul enjoys playing basketball, cycling, cooking, travelling and spending time with his family.
