Overview
Sarah Bangs is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate practice group, where her practice concentrates on the representation of owners, developers, lenders, and investors in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and the financing of commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis on industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects.
Sarah has experience negotiating purchase and sale, management, development, easement, and listing agreements, along with financing documents for complex commercial real estate projects. She also assists clients in the review of due diligence items, including identifying and resolving title, survey and zoning matters.
Experience
Sarah’s representative experience includes the following.
- The $693.5 million acquisition of membership interests in the owners of 15 multifamily properties located in Colorado, Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas.
- The $117.4 million portfolio acquisition of 21 infill industrial buildings in Dallas, Texas.
- The acquisition, development, financing, and disposition of 173 acres for a five-building industrial park in northern Mississippi.
- The $83 million construction loan for a $145 million multifamily development project in Florida.
- The acquisition, development, financing, disposition, and assemblage of 230 acres for a four-building industrial park in Bartow County, Georgia.
- The recapitalization and financing of a portfolio of eight multifamily properties located in Georgia and Florida.
- The acquisition and financing of a $14.65 million portfolio of three medical office buildings located in Georgia.
- The $86.3 million acquisition of six retail properties located in Georgia and Florida.
- A $56 million mortgage and mezzanine loan for the development of a Build to Rent project in South Carolina.
- The acquisition and financing of a $60.55 million portfolio of eight self-storage properties in Texas.
