Overview
Taylor is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group.
She earned her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law where she was the President of the Women in Law organization, the Symposium Editor of the South Carolina Law Review, and Chairman of the Children’s Advocacy Law Society. She was also a pupil in the Coastal Inn of Court and the John Belton O’Neall Inn of Court.
In addition, Taylor received the G.G. Dowling Fund Award and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Advocacy and Legal Research, Analysis, and Writing. She was inducted into both the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Wig and Robe. Taylor graduated from Southern Illinois University in 2016, receiving a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in journalism.
Prior to joining Burr & Forman, she served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Kaye G. Hearn in the South Carolina Supreme Court.
