Overview

Tiffany is an Associate in the firm’s Construction & Project Development practice group, where her work primarily focuses on general commercial litigation matters, real estate disputes, and construction disputes. She practices in state and federal courts, representing clients at both the trial and appellate levels.

A native of Bath, North Carolina, Tiffany earned her B.A. in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating with Highest Distinction. She received her J.D. with Honors from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she served as President of the Law Women Organization, a student attorney in the UT Legal Clinic, and a member of the UT Pro Bono Executive Board. She also interned for Judge G. Galen Braddy, Chief Judge for the 3A Judicial District in Pitt County, North Carolina.

Prior to joining Burr & Forman, Tiffany was an associate at Kay Griffin, PLLC, where she gained experience litigating general breach-of-contract actions, business torts, labor and employment disputes, government relations and constitutional law matters, and insurance defense actions.
