Tucker is an attorney in the Birmingham office where he practices in the firm’s Corporate and Tax Practice Group.

Overview

Tucker’s practice focuses on all aspects of corporate law, including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, corporate formations and reorganizations, corporate governance, contract law, and financing transactions. Tucker enjoys the different areas of his practice and has represented numerous physician and medical practices in addition to serving as outside counsel for clients in the automotive manufacturing industry.

Tucker received his J.D./M.B.A. joint-degree from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and Brock School of Business. Tucker has clerked in both the public and private sectors for the Supreme Court of Alabama, the United States Attorney’s Office, and a number of corporate clients. Tucker also served as one of Cumberland’s student ambassadors and a Judge James Edwin Horton Inn of Court pupil.

Tucker earned his undergraduate degree in three years from the University of Alabama’s Honors College where he majored in business administration. Tucker was a member of the Capstone Men & Women and The Blackburn Institute, two of the University’s premier leadership development and civic engagement organizations.
