Overview

Burr & Forman represents commercial banks, funds, financial institutions, and other capital providers, as well as borrowers and other capital users, in corporate and transactional matters, on regulatory and compliance issues, and in litigation.

In addition, we represent agents, lenders and borrowers, factors and their clients, and senior and junior lien holders. Our attorneys are particularly active in special assets, workout and bankruptcy transactions, bank litigation matters, and a wide range of loan transactions.
