Burr & Forman Boosts Labor & Employment Practice with Addition of Mobile Associate

Mobile, Ala., Aug. 25, 2016 - Burr & Forman LLP announces the addition of Emily A. Crow to the firm's Labor & Employment practice. Based in the Mobile office, Crow focuses her practice on employment and immigration matters.

Crow represents clients in cases alleging various state torts infractions and claims including alleged Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, sexual harassment, discrimination, Fair Labor Standards Act, National Labor Relations Act, Title VII and Family and Medical Leave Act violations, among others. She also assists clients with immigration visas and petitions.

Outside of the firm, Crow serves on the Executive Committee for the Alabama State Bar Young Lawyers Section and is a member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Crow is also active in the Mobile community, serving on the board of directors for the YMCA of South Alabama. She is also a member of the Connect Mobile Class of 2016 and the Junior League of Mobile.

Crow received her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Alabama.
