Burr & Forman LLP announces that Nashville-based Partners, Matt Kroplin and Jerry Taylor, have once again been named to the Nashville Medical News' Health Care InCharge list for 2019.

Each December, the Nashville Medical News provides a definitive list of leaders in its annual InCharge health care issue. The "InCharge" list showcases a wide range of difference-makers, including hospital, health system and large practice leaders, academic leaders, top health care attorneys and bankers, and key investors and entrepreneurs.

All of those honored are listed in the annual InCharge issue of the Nashville Medical News.

Matt is a partner in the firm's health care and business litigation sections. He provides counsel to a broad range of health care industry clients, including providers, medical groups, hospitals, and surgery centers, as well as to product manufacturers and suppliers, financial institutions, and other business entities and individuals. Matt is Certified in Healthcare Compliance by the Compliance Certification Board, an arm of the Health Care Compliance Association.

Jerry W. Taylor is a member of the firm's Health Care Practice Group and concentrates his practice in the areas of health care and administrative law. Jerry has more than 25 years of legal experience in government service and private practice in the area of regulatory compliance for health care providers. Mr. Taylor's background affords him a broad and balanced knowledge of laws and regulations affecting the health care industry, and the ability to effectuate practical solutions to legal concerns of clients. He has successfully represented clients including hospitals, physicians, long term care providers, surgery centers, imaging centers, home health and hospice providers and others in obtaining certificates of need and regulatory approvals for the establishment and operations of health care facilities and services.
