Partner Reggie Gay Recognized for “Ask Reg” Column by Employers Network Counsel

Greenville partner Reggie Gay was recently recognized by the Employers Network Counsel (ECN) for his personal column “Ask Reg” in the South Carolina Employment Law Letter.

The annual “General Excellence Awards” were given out at the Employers Counsel Network National Conference recently held in Denver, CO. Reggie was one of three winners in the “Personal Column” category. Along with this practice, Reggie’s column focuses on various employment issues and important information that employers need to know.

At Burr, Reggie serves as the Greenville office manager partner and. His primary areas of practice include labor and employment law, workers’ compensation, litigation and appellate advocacy.

Reggie represents business and governmental clients by providing consultation on employment and other matters, conducting preventive training, and litigating in both federal and state courts. He represents companies, manufacturers, governmental entities, educational institutions, health care providers, nonprofits and insurance companies in employment litigation and general business litigation. He frequently lectures on employment topics such as FMLA, FLSA, ADA, harassment, discrimination, and Workers’ Compensation.
