Tampa, known as the western gateway to Florida’s High-Tech Corridor, has a diverse economy with industry strengths including Tourism, Health Technology, University Research, Business, Financial and Data services, Marine and Environmental Activities and International Trade. Home to Florida’s largest port, Tampa is among the top 10 ports for trade activity in the nation.

Tampa was named one of the five most diverse urban areas in the country and that is in no small part due to Tampa’s strong Cuban history. Since the late 1800’s, businesses have been rolling cigars in the famous Ybor City district. Today cigars are still being handmade in this historical district and along with Bay Street, Channelside, and Soho, Ybor is also known for its diverse dining and nightlife.

Tampa International Airport has been ranked “Best Overall U.S. Airport” twice and has also been ranked second best airport in the world.

Tampa is home to the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the MLB’s Tampa Bay Rays, NHL’s Tampa Bay Lightning and the AFL’s Tampa Bay Storm.

Parking

Our Office is conveniently located downtown at One Tampa City Center, Suite 3200. The One Tampa City Center building is accessible via a pedestrian bridge on the 3rd level of the Fort Brooke Parking Garage. Directions: Take I-275 from the South or North to Exit 44 toward Downtown-West, merge onto N. Ashley Dr., turn left onto E. Whiting St. and continue on Whiting St. for 2 blocks. Daily Parking is located on the North side of Whiting St.
