Previously an associate at Philadelphia-based Blank & Rome LLP, Sweeney joins Burr & Forman’s Financial Services Litigation practice group. His addition follows the firm’s steady growth across Florida, including its recent combination with Williams, Schifino, Mangione & Steady in Tampa.
“Florida is a growing market for many of our clients,” said Lee Thuston, managing partner of Burr & Forman LLP. “Adding talented attorneys to our Florida offices allows us to better understand our clients’ needs and the unique characteristics of the region. Brendan is an excellent addition to our team and will boost the firms’ Financial Services Litigation offerings in South Florida.”
