David Santos Joins McNair Law Firm, P.A.

McNair Law Firm is pleased to announce that David Santos has joined its Charleston office as an associate. For more than seven years, David has assisted clients in various aspects of real estate transactions, both commercial and residential. His practice focuses on acquisitions and sales, financing, contracts and real property title disputes.

A Charleston native, David has represented individual clients and entities in the closing of real estate sales and acquisitions, as well as loan transactions for properties throughout South Carolina, but primarily in Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester counties. He has also drafted and negotiated contracts, easements and closing documents for numerous transactions, including a $20 million land acquisition.

"We are pleased to add David to our experienced real estate practice," said Jennifer Blumenthal, managing shareholder of McNair's Charleston unit. "His experience in the industry will further augment our commitment to client service in Charleston and beyond."

David is actively involved in a number of civic and professional associations and programs, including the Charleston County and South Carolina Bar Associations, the Hibernian Society of Charleston and the Carolina Youth Development Center, where he serves as Vice Chair of its Board of Directors. He earned his undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston and his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
