How long will commercial office rents continue to escalate and, dare we say it, will the market start to plateau?

These interrelated questions crop up throughout every real estate "bull" market cycle that affects a metropolitan area. Within Music City's commercial real estate market, those who see their livelihoods tied to developing, buying, selling, servicing and/or leasing - from either the landlord or tenant perspective - are compelled to ask themselves these questions on a daily basis.

Reports suggest that there are approximately 75 individuals on average moving to the Nashville area each day, leading to recent sustained month-over-month growth for the midstate area. In fact, Forbes has ranked Nashville as fourth in job growth.
