Mobile, Alabama, July 1, 2021 – Burr & Forman LLP announces the addition of Michael W. Rich as Counsel in its Mobile office. Rich will be a part of the firm’s Construction and Project Development practice group.
Rich’s experience includes representation of government contractor clients in bid protest, Contract Disputes Act, and False Claims Act litigation. He has assisted government contractor clients with employment discrimination and wage and hour litigation and has additional experience in handling insurance defense, general commercial, and prime-subcontractor litigation in state and federal courts.

Mike is a member of the Huntsville-Madison Bar Association, the Huntsville Federal Bar Association and the Court of Federal Claims Bar Association. He is active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of Family Services Center for several years. Mike received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Oklahoma (1997) and his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law (2012), summa cum laude.
