Burr & Forman is proud to announce that Denzel Okinedo has been named to the Birmingham Business Journal’s 2025 “Emerging Influencers” list. Selected by the Birmingham Business Journal’s editorial team and leadership, this recognition highlights a new generation of professionals and leaders poised to shape the future of Birmingham’s economy and communities.

Denzel is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Tax practice group and a member of the Economic Development team. His practice focuses on negotiating and structuring economic development incentive packages, representing clients before governmental bodies, drafting legislation, handling mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, business formations, and general corporate counsel matters.
