Overview

Prior to attending law school at the University of South Carolina, Will was a three-year varsity letter winner on the University of Virginia baseball team where he competed and won ACC Championships and played in the College World Series. His time playing at the highest Division 1 level bolstered Will’s strong competitive spirit and helped mold his law practice.

Will assists clients in drafting wills and negotiating multi-million dollar contracts in the sports, retail and restaurant industries. He also has experience drafting and filing articles of organization for new corporations, assisting in the mergers and formations of small to multi-million dollar companies, and conducting legal research on property issues facing clients’ equitable servitudes, easements, and related real estate matters.

Will also practices on the real estate team at Burr & Forman and represents borrowers, purchasers, sellers, investors, landlords, and developers in commercial real estate matters.

Prior to law school, Will worked as a counter-terrorism analyst for a Washington, D.C. law firm.
