Firm News

In an article published in Law360 on March 26, "Corky" Klett was highlighted following his addition to Burr Forman McNair as a partner.

Klett’s primary practice is intellectual property litigation including trademark, copyright, patent infringement, and entertainment.

"I very much enjoy dealing with issues that are, by definition, new and cutting-edge," Klett said about his motivations to pursue intellectual property. "I also like having the opportunity to learn new technologies during the course of a new case."

Klett will continue to represent clients from his past firm that moved with him to Burr Forman McNair.

Outside of litigation, Klett specializes in mergers and acquisitions and licensing agreements.
