Nashville, Tenn., - Burr & Forman LLP announces that Nashville-based Partners, Robert C. Goodrich, Jr. and David W. Houston, IV, were published as co-authors of a Norton Bankruptcy Law Adviser newsletter titled, "In RE ICL Holding Co.: Roadmap for Avoiding the Absolute Priority Rule."

The newsletter discusses a recent Third Circuit opinion dealing with the application of the priority scheme of the bankruptcy code and the mootness doctrine in the context of a 363 sale.

Both Goodrich and Houston practice in the firm's Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy practice group. Goodrich represents creditors, creditors' committees, landlords, and other interested parties in bankruptcy and insolvency related matters in state and federal courts. Houston is a business bankruptcy lawyer who represents secured creditors and other lenders in commercial bankruptcy proceedings, out of court restructuring, and state and federal court receiverships. David has also represented corporate debtors, creditors' committees, trustees and numerous other constituencies in all aspects of Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
