Jessica Haire represents clients in all aspects of government contracts and construction projects, from transactional work to claim litigation, negotiations, and debarment proceedings.

Forrest Latta is an experienced litigator who heads the firm’s Appellate team and has handled some 200 appeals of civil liability cases, including many landmark rulings on punitive damages.

Bailey is an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. Bailey earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he was an active member of the Moot Court Board and achieved semifinalist status in the Hardt Cup.
