Burr & Forman Nashville-based Partner, David W. Houston IV, spoke at the American Bankruptcy Institute New Orleans Consumer Bankruptcy Conference. The conference was held at Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans, LA on Monday, January 19, 2015.

David was speaking on the topic of "Professional/Civility Task Force." Additionally, the conference included topics such as dealing with property taxes and HOA fees on surrendered property, individual chapter 11 cases, escrow problems, litigation skills, dealing with banks over short sales, and civility in the profession.
