In commemoration of Hispanic Heritage Month, Burr & Forman welcomed Chef Monti Carlo for Exploring Hispanic Heritage Through Cooking. The acclaimed chef shared the rich history of Puerto Rican cuisine while demonstrating how to prepare cultural staples such as sorullos, red beans and rice, and quesitos.
