Associate Lindsey Cochran Named to Birmingham Business Journal’s “Rising Stars of Money”

Birmingham associate Lindsey Cochran was recently named to the Birmingham Business Journal's 2019 list of the “Rising Stars of Money.” The list recognizes those individuals whose companies or clients have identified them as key people to watch in Birmingham’s financial scene over the years to come. Winners were selected based on their career accomplishments to date, their impact on their company and industry, and their potential for becoming a leader in the future.

At Burr, Lindsey is an associate in the Birmingham office where she practices in the firm's Lending and Real Estate Practice Groups. Lindsey graduated cum laude from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. While at Cumberland, she served as Executive Editor of the Cumberland Law Review, a Judge Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellow, and received the Scholar of Merit Award for Real Estate Transactions. Prior to law school, Lindsey received her B.S., cum laude, in Economics and Finance from The University of Alabama. She also worked as a manager for a real estate closing and title insurance company where she discovered her passion for assisting clients with real estate transactions.
