BTI Names Burr & Forman an Associate Satisfaction Leader

Burr & Forman is pleased to announce Associate satisfaction has earned the firm recognition in “BTI’s Associate Satisfaction A-Listers 2022:  BTI’s Survey of Law Firms Where Associates are Happiest.”

This first-of-its-kind report, BTI’s Associate Satisfaction A-Listers 2022, is based on a large-scale independent survey with more than 4,000 responses. This new report pinpoints and interprets what associates want and value — and the law firms associates rated best for each — and why. Through their research, BTI found that:

  • Associates name Burr & Forman a Leader in activities valued most in deriving high levels of job satisfaction at law firms
  • Women Associates name Burr & Forman a Leader in activities valued most in deriving high levels of job satisfaction at law firms
