Burr & Forman is pleased to welcome Alyson Harter as a partner in the Corporate & Tax practice group.

Alyson advises sponsors, issuers, developers, and investors on a wide range of securities and commercial real estate matters. Her practice includes structuring and launching private syndications and other investment offerings, as well as counseling clients on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters. She also represents clients in complex commercial real estate transactions involving acquisitions, financing, development, leasing, and dispositions.

Prior to joining Burr, Alyson was a partner in the Richmond, Virginia office of Williams Mullen. She earned her J.D. from Tulane University Law School and began her legal career with a firm in Zurich, Switzerland.
