Hare counsels banks and financial services businesses in consumer finance litigation and compliance, and commercial litigation matters. He relocates to Birmingham from New Orleans.

Hare is a member of the Alabama and Louisiana State Bars. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and his law degree from Tulane University Law School.
