Burr & Forman Adds Financial Services Litigation Attorney in Atlanta
Atlanta, August 3, 2015 - Burr & Forman LLP announces the addition of Atlanta-based associate Louis G. Fiorilla to the firm's Financial Services Litigation practice group.
Fiorilla's practice focuses on wrongful foreclosure defense, FDCPA defense, RESPA defense, and contract disputes. He works with a variety of clients, including lenders, mortgage servicers, and investors, in complex civil litigation. Fiorilla's experience also consists of drafting and arguing dispositive motions in both federal and state courts in Georgia.
Fiorilla earned his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and his law degree from Villanova University School of Law. Prior to beginning his legal practice, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge George A. Pagano, Civil Division, in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas in Media, PA.
