Thomas K. Potter, goes by Tom, III is a Partner in the firm’s Nashville office and has over 30 years of experience representing business interest in securities, corporate and intellectual property disputes. In addition to disputed matters, Tom advises broker-dealers, municipal, and investment advisors on regulatory and compliance matters, including FinTech, distributed ledger, and other emerging technologies. He assists companies with internal investigations, and regulatory and compliance matters. Michael W. Rich, goes by Mike and serves as Counsel in the firm’s Construction and Project Development practice group.
