Burr & Forman Continues Nashville Expansion With Financial Services Litigation Attorney
Nashville, Tenn., Oct. 19, 2015 - Burr & Forman LLP announces the addition of Nashville-based associate J. Christopher Suedekum to the firm's Financial Services Litigation group. Suedekum counsels financial institutions in class action lawsuits, complex business litigation and matters related to consumer financial services. He also works with companies facing product liability claims, false advertising disputes and government investigations. This announcement immediately follows the addition of partner C. Tucker Herndon to the firm's Nashville office, which has now added 16 attorneys since the beginning of the year and more than doubled its total attorney count to 26.

Suedekum joins the firm after practicing in Goodwin Procter LLP's Washington DC office for four years. Prior to beginning his legal practice, Suedekum clerked for the Hon. James C. Dever III in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. He also served as a legal extern for the Wake County District Attorney's Office in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Suedekum earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, and his law degree from Duke University School of Law.
