Burr & Forman Expands Corporate And Tax Practice With New Atlanta Attorney

Atlanta, Sept. 30, 2015 - Burr & Forman announces the addition of Atlanta-based associate Nathan Gruber in the firm's Corporate and Tax practice group. Gruber's practice concentrates on numerous transactions and contracts including asset purchase agreements, franchise agreements, stock and restricted stock purchasing agreements, promissory notes, real estate sales contracts, cease and desist letters and shareholder agreements. He represents clients in a broad range of business matters, including transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financing and business entity formation.

Additionally, Gruber works with employment agreements and founding corporate documents like by-laws, amendments, resolutions and dissolutions. His practice serves a variety of industries, including health care, eldercare, newspaper and media, oil and gas services, industrial wastewater treatment, manufacturing, real estate and information management.

Gruber earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, and his law degree from Emory University School of Law.
