Burr & Forman Relocates Litigation Partner to Support Growth in Florida
Burr & Forman LLP announces that a partner in its Commercial Litigation Group, Martin (Marty) E. Burke, has relocated to the firm’s Tampa office from Birmingham, Alabama. As a member of Burr & Forman’s Litigation Practice, Mr. Burke brings substantial experience in the business litigation and class action space to further support the economic growth in the Tampa Bay Area.

Burke serves clients in high risk litigation matters throughout the country, both at the trial and appellate levels, and focuses his practice on general business litigation, consumer class actions, and serious product liability and personal injury litigation. He brings 24 years of experience in litigating and trying cases in federal and state courts.
Mr. Burke’s peers and clients have rated him “AV Preeminent,” Martindale Hubbell’s highest rating for professional competence and ethics. He has also been named to Mid-South Super Lawyers for his Business Litigation success.
After serving his country as a rifleman in the U.S. Marine Corps, Mr. Burke earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham while serving as a Birmingham Police Officer. He obtained his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
