Burr & Forman Welcomes Jack Schultz to Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy Practice Group

Burr & Forman is pleased to announce that Jack Schultz has returned to the firm in the Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy practice group in Jackson as an associate. 

Before rejoining Burr & Forman, Jack served as a Judicial Career Law Clerk to The Honorable Jason D. Woodard of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Mississippi. In that role, he gained experience supporting bankruptcy matters and assisting with judicial decision-making.

Jack earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he served as Alumni Coordinator for the Mississippi Law Journal and Internal Vice Chair for the Moot Court Board. During law school, he also worked as a legal intern in the District Attorney’s Office for the First Circuit Court District of Mississippi. Prior to law school, Jack received his bachelor’s degree in public policy leadership from the University of Mississippi.
