Burr & Forman Welcomes Tyler Lenz to Jacksonville Office
Burr & Forman is pleased to announce that Tyler Lenz has joined the firm's Jacksonville office as an associate in the Corporate & Tax practice group.

Tyler has represented a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, high-net-worth individuals, and small businesses, advising them through all stages of the business lifecycle, from formation and incorporation to funding and expansion. He has experience with public finance transactions involving the issuance of government and private activity bonds, including tax-exempt special assessment bonds by community development districts. Drawing on his prior litigation experience with complex business disputes in state and federal courts throughout Florida, Tyler brings a strategic, solutions-oriented approach to general corporate matters and transactions.
He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida.
