Burr & Forman is pleased to welcome Vince Ray to its Atlanta office as counsel in the firm's Lending practice group.

Vince brings more than a decade of experience representing lenders and developers in complex commercial real estate transactions. He advises clients throughout the lending process, from loan origination through closing, providing strategic counsel on risk identification, issue resolution, and transaction management.

Prior to Burr, Vince gained valuable experience in loan administration and control management at a Big Four financial services firm. This background gives him a unique perspective on the operational and regulatory challenges lenders face, allowing him to provide practical guidance tailored to today's commercial real estate market.

Drawing on his legal, regulatory, and transactional experience, Vince helps clients navigate a wide range of commercial real estate lending matters and achieve successful outcomes.
