Burr & Forman is pleased to announce that Zach Brown has joined the firm’s Real Estate practice group in its Jacksonville office.

Zach represents developers, investors, lenders, and homebuilders in a wide range of real estate and finance matters. His experience includes advising on land acquisition and development transactions, negotiating purchase and sale agreements, easements, declarations, and development agreements, and supporting closings for complex commercial projects across multiple jurisdictions. He also counsels clients on zoning, land use, entitlement strategies, and related due diligence issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Zach served as Associate General Counsel for a national homebuilder, where he advised internal business teams on real estate development matters and managed outside counsel on complex transactions. He also has experience representing developers and lenders in commercial real estate acquisitions, financings, portfolio transactions, and leasing matters nationwide.
