She has counseled start-up franchisors, as well as mature brands, on all aspects of franchise compliance.  In addition, she has counseled both single-unit franchise operators and large multi-unit owners in all aspects of their franchise relationships.  She has handled franchise matters across a wide variety of sectors, with a particular depth of expertise in the restaurant/beverage and fitness industries.
