Burr is pleased to welcome Jacksonville-based Associate Kobe Jones to the firm’s Corporate and Tax practice group.

Kobe returns to the firm after earning her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Florida, Frederic G. Levin College of Law. While earning her J.D., cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law, she served as a summer law clerk in Burr’s Jacksonville office.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Kobe back to Burr as she begins her legal career,” said Greg Lunny, managing partner of the firm's Jacksonville office. “Her advanced tax studies and familiarity with our team position her well to serve our clients and continue growing as a trusted advisor.”

While pursuing her law degree, Kobe served as an Articles and Notes Editor of the Florida State University Business Review and was an active member of both the Business Law Society and the Moot Court team. She earned her bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Management, summa cum laude, from Florida State University.
