Poole will lead the firm's IT department, overseeing efforts for the firm's IT operations in nine offices across the Southeast. He brings more than 20 years of experience working in and as an IT consultant to law firms. Poole is based in Burr & Forman's Birmingham office.

Poole was previously with Sirote & Permutt, PC, and since 2008 has owned and managed Covenant Teknology, a Birmingham-based IT consulting firm.
